The World Salt Symposium offers a comprehensive four-day programme combining scientific presentations, industry insights, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
It brings together researchers, companies, Industry experts, company representatives, policymakers, and practitioners to explore the future of salt across key thematic areas.
Preliminary schedule:
Monday 14 June 2027: EUsalt Working Group and Committee meetings and welcome drink for all participants of the Symposium.
Tuesday 15 June 2027: Full-day conference, followed by an informal evening reception at the Guinness Storehouse.
Wednesday 16 June 2027: Full-day meetings, followed by a Gala dinner at the Round Room (Maison House).
Thursday 17 June 2027: Half-day meetings, followed by an optional social programme (TBC).
Preliminary programme to be published in February 2027 based on the abstracts and papers received and assessed by the Scientific Committee. Final programme to be published in May 2027.
